  4. Learn how to cook and prepare food properly. You could try to make a sort of ways e.g. deep-fried, steamed, barbecued and as well make variants of spices and foods. You will be able to also find out the nutrients and benefits of healthy food on you would like to cook, and also learn to cook properly. This way you can be sure to choose foods that contain lots of health benefits to the body, and also learn to serve healthy foods are becoming more attractive
